DALANC Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the DALANC Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining and participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility & Account
- You must have an active DALANC account.
- DALANC reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their referral code, account credentials, and account access.
- Participation in the Affiliate Program does not automatically grant partnership, employment, agency, or ownership rights with DALANC.
Referrals & Commissions
- Affiliate commissions apply only to eligible completed orders.
- The specific commission percentages, cookie windows, and minimum withdrawal thresholds applicable to each affiliate account are displayed within the DALANC Affiliate Dashboard and form part of the Affiliate Program terms and settings applicable to that account. DALANC reserves the right to modify these rates and settings at any time through dashboard updates.
Commission eligibility is subject to:
- Successful order completion and payment
- Delivered order status within DALANC's system
- Any applicable return, cancellation, or review period
Approved commissions
- Approved commissions will appear in the affiliate balance only after the associated order reaches Delivered status and any applicable return, cancellation, or review period has passed.
The following do not qualify for commission:
- Canceled orders
- Refunded orders
- Failed transactions
- Fraudulent transactions
- Test or artificial orders
DALANC reserves the right to:
- Reverse previously credited commissions
- Deduct commissions from affiliate balances
- Remove commissions associated with refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent transactions
Withdrawals
- Approved commissions may be subject to minimum withdrawal requirements determined by DALANC.
Referral Attribution
Referral attribution may depend on factors including:
- Referral code usage
- Referral link tracking
- Cookies
- Promotional campaigns
- Other tracking systems used by DALANC
- DALANC determines referral attribution rules and reserves the right to determine commission eligibility where multiple referral sources exist.
DALANC's tracking decision shall be considered final.
Referral Code Discounts & Benefits
These rules apply when a customer manually enters an affiliate referral code during checkout and a matching commission override rule is available.
Customer Discount
- A referral code may provide an immediate customer discount on the order total.
- Discount values may be fixed amounts or percentages.
- Maximum discount limits may apply.
Affiliate Bonus
- Affiliates may receive additional commission benefits when customers purchase using their referral code.
Self-Checkout Discount
- Where enabled, affiliates may use their own referral code to receive a personal discount on their own purchases.
- However:
- Self-checkout purchases do not generate affiliate commissions on the same order.
- Affiliates cannot receive both a commission and a self-discount on the same transaction.
Repeated or excessive use of self-checkout functionality intended to manipulate discounts, commissions, or system behavior may result in account restrictions or removal from the Program.
This Program does not operate as a loyalty points system and does not award PTS.
Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may promote DALANC products and offers only through lawful and ethical methods.
Affiliates may not:
- Send spam messages
- Mislead customers
- Engage in deceptive advertising practices
- Impersonate DALANC
- Claim official DALANC representation without authorization
- Register domains, usernames, pages, or social media accounts intended to imitate DALANC
- Misrepresent pricing, discounts, promotions, or products
- Use paid advertisements that falsely imply official DALANC ownership or endorsement
- Bid on DALANC trademarked terms, brand names, domains, or intentional variations and misspellings thereof on search advertising platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar services
DALANC reserves the right to remove affiliates for violations of these requirements.
Fraud & Abuse
DALANC reserves the right to investigate activity that appears abusive, exploitative, or fraudulent, including but not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Artificial referrals
- Self-generated fake purchases
- Manipulation of referral systems
- Exploitation of technical errors
- Automated activity, bots, scripts, or unauthorized software
- Attempts to artificially inflate commissions
DALANC may, without prior notice:
- Remove commissions
- Cancel rewards
- Suspend affiliate accounts
- Permanently terminate participation in the Program
Program Changes & Termination
DALANC reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates
- Modify referral structures
- Change eligibility requirements
- Add or remove features
- Suspend or terminate the Program
Inactive accounts
- DALANC reserves the right to suspend inactive affiliate accounts after 180 consecutive days without clicks or sales. Affiliates may be required to reactivate their accounts according to DALANC procedures.
Notice of changes
- Reasonable efforts may be made to provide notice regarding significant changes.
- Changes become effective upon publication on DALANC's website unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
DALANC is not liable for:
- Tracking failures
- Delayed commission updates
- Temporary service interruptions
- Technical errors
- Incorrect commission calculations caused by system issues
DALANC reserves the right to correct any commission, referral, or account errors upon identification.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jordan.
- Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman.
