Delivery Costs:

The standard delivery prices are as follows:

• Within Amman: JOD 3.00, to be added separately on the invoice.
• Within Jordan outside of Amman: JOD5.00, to be added separately on the invoice.
• Outside Jordan: Depends on destination, to be determined by the shipping company to be used.

Delivery Time:

1- Orders made before 5:00 PM will be received within 24-48 business hours. (Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are not working days).

2- In some cases, the delivery of some items will take more than 48 working hours, depending on the availability of the ordered items. In this case, you will be contacted and informed with the delivery time.

3- For orders outside formal working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), the order placement time will be counted as of the following business day.

4- For delivery outside Jordan, the delivery time will be communicated by the shipping company in the destination country.
