Cancellation, Return, Refund, Delivery, and Warranty Policies

Warranty policy:

All goods displayed in the shop (materials, tools, molds and accessories) are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which comes in two categories:

1- Warranty against defects, which does not exceed one week from the day of receiving the product. In case your item has a defect not caused by an accident or misuse, then it will be replaced or refunded – according to item availability.

2- Extended warranty, which applies on international brands. It is usually over one year or more, starting from the day of receiving the product.  

Art works and handmade products displayed in the gallery are warranted against the following:

  • Warranty against defects, which does not exceed one week from the day of receiving the product. In case your item has a defect not caused by an accident or misuse, then it will be replaced or refunded – according to item availability.
  • If the item does not match the description provided by the artist/ maker.

Note: All above warranties do not include damages caused by accidents or misuse.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Refunds are made under two cases only:

  1. In case purchased item has a defect not caused by an accident or misuse, and it cannot be replaced for any reason.
  2. In case order was cancelled before being in transit to the destination, and the order was paid for using credit/debit cards, except for pre ordered products ( manufactured based on client request).

In these two cases, the refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

 Orders can be cancelled only when they are not in transit or shipped to the country of destination.

 

Return Policy

 The client has the right to return a product in one of the following cases:

  1.  The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  2.  The product has a defect not caused by accident or misuse.
  3.  The product was damaged in shipping.
